Bachelorette Plans Are Set!

After some drama surrounding the bachelorette planning, it is finally locked and we are going to Paradise Island Bahamas! I’m so excited to lay on the beach and relax or sit at the swim-up bar! There will be seven of my closest friends and family and I’m sure it will be awesome. We are staying at the Riu Palace which is all-inclusive. Plus the flight is only 50 minutes for us South Floridians; can’t beat that!

The location of the resort is perfect because we can walk right next door to the Atlantis Casino and maybe win some money or else have fun losing money… lol I also planned a little surprise for the ladies in the afternoon one day we are there to leave the resort for a couple hours and do something I love. You’ll have to wait until after August to find out what it was. Don’t want to ruin the surprise!

After lots of research and waiting, we were able to book the flight and hotel at $566 per person and then I found a car service to/from the airport for only $16 per person. For a grand total of $582 per person we are getting 3.5 days of all we can eat and drink right on the beach! Our rooms even have a liquor dispenser and fully stocked mini fridge!!

Most places we looked for the airport transfer was $50 per person. The trick is to search TripAdvisor forums for advise from other travelers. I found Cheryl’s Taxis and Tours. The reviews are great, the prices can’t be beat, and Cheryl responds to emails super fast! The trick for booking the flight and hotel package is to check really early in the morning or really late at night for the best deals. These prices change practically hourly so act fast once you find a price drop!

I wish were going next weekend, but I’ll have to wait patiently for 2 months… I’m sure it’ll be here before I know it with as much stuff as we have going on in the coming weeks! I just can’t wait to have this view!
